Founded in 2021, Persepolis Engineering provides structural, civil, and MEP engineering services for residential, multifamily, and commercial projects. With more than 2,000 inspections, 600 completed design projects, and over 500 plan reviews, we bring hands-on experience and practical insight to every project.

Led by Kia Chehreh, PE, CFM, CEO, a Texas-licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Management, our firm combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of buildings, site conditions, and floodplain challenges.

In partnership with Emarat Corporation, we work with homeowners, architects, builders, and developers on new homes, ADUs, renovations, additions, and site improvements. Our services range from structural design and inspections to drainage solutions, grading, and floodplain analysis.
